Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
